These plaid background tiles were created in Paint Shop Pro with the help of a Paint Shop Pro tutorial written by Dee, formerly of Prestigious Dames, but she's no longer a member of that site, and unfortunately I have no idea where she may have moved her tutorials.  Left-click on each thumbnail to see the tileable image as a full page background!  Right-click in the preview page to save it.
